First patient dosed in the Phase 3 RASolve 301 trial

RASolve 301, the Phase 3 trial of daraxonrasib versus docetaxel in previously treated RAS-mutant non-small cell lung cancer, has begun and plans to enroll approximately 420 patients.

On May 14, 2025 Revolution Medicines announced that the first patient had been dosed in the Phase 3 RASolve 301 trial. The study compares the efficacy and safety of daraxonrasib with docetaxel chemotherapy in patients with locally advanced or metastatic RAS-mutant non-small cell lung cancer who have received 1–2 prior lines of therapy. It plans to enroll approximately 420 patients worldwide, with overall survival as the primary endpoint.
