First patient dosed in the Phase 3 RASolute 302 trial

RASolute 302, the first registrational Phase 3 trial of daraxonrasib, has begun in previously treated metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.

On October 21, 2024 Revolution Medicines announced that the first patient had been dosed in the Phase 3 RASolute 302 trial. The study compares daraxonrasib monotherapy with investigator's-choice standard chemotherapy in patients with metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma that has progressed after first-line therapy, and is the first registrational Phase 3 trial of daraxonrasib.
